Frasier ran eleven Stafeln of 24 episodes long - with a total of 264 episodes.    The central theme of black comedy is the family life of Cranes. Title character is Dr. Frasier Crane, a psychiatrist and radio host.    Characters of the series    Dr. Frasier Winslow Crane is a psychiatrist in Seattle. He also hosts the program I'm listening at the radio station KACL. There, call people and talk about their problems. Frasier is divorced and has a son who lives with his mother in Boston. He lives with his father and is considered by his friends and colleagues as an arrogant snob. He always interferes in the lives of others, but fails even working to find a partner.    Dr. Niles Crane Frasier is two years younger brother and also a psychiatrist. Both see themselves as competitors, but also have much in common. Niles is as snobbish, but much more neurotic than his brother.    Martin Crane is the father of Frasier and Niles, he lives with Frasier. He loves sports programs, was previously policeman and also in terms of women very different from Frasier, because his wife hearts fly only way to.    Daphne Moon is the British physiotherapist of the Father. Niles is in love with her, but what they do not know. She moves in with Frasier to look after his father.    Roz Doyle is Frasier's boss at the radio. She has constantly sex and is therefore often object of ridicule of the two envious Crane brothers.    Cheers and Frasier    In Cheers, a series that played in Boston, it was about the different characters that met regularly in their local pub, the "Cheers". One of these regulars was the psychiatrist Dr. Frasier Crane, who actually had only a minor role. When Cheers ended in 1993, the character was "Dr. Frasier Crane "his own series.
